Painted Chinese Box

We love this battered old box. Handpainted with Chinese motifs including a rather ticked-off-looking tiger, it currently contains our collection of DVDs. Great as a small side table, it also looks like it could be a stool. Alas, it is not a stool and should not be sat on, as was discovered by a tipsy guest at a Christmas party once. (The lid broke in three but was fixed the next day with good glue. Not sure about the guest.) May it go to a good home.
